Hi !

A place to introduce and tell a little about yourself.

Hi !

Postby Dave C » Fri Aug 24, 2007 11:03 am

Hi, My name is Dave. I live in Aldergrove, B.C. / Canada.
I train and show dogs in confirmation and obedience. The first editing program I bought was only to convert some old 8mm dog video's onto dvd. I discovered the joy of movie making. So... I bought a mini dv camera to film my dogs and a much better editing program (pe3) and love it!.
I found the adobe forums, (awesome) and that led me to this fantastic site! Thankyou, for putting together such an exciting and inspiring site!
I've made my first non-dog movie! and BIG Thanks to everyone for sharing their tips and ideas, I've learned a lot, and it's made my new hobby a lot of fun! :-D

:thumbright:

Hi Dave! The Fraser Valley is STUNNING! In 2004 My wife and (at time time 1 year old daughter) flew west for 2 and half weeks in BC. We started in Vancouver, took the ferry over Vicoria, spent a couple days at Salt spring island, Drove up the sea to sky highway, Came back down through the Okenogan(spelling?) NEar the end of our two weeks on our way back to Vancouver to fly out we stopped in Hope, BC. (In the fraser valley) We were already blown away by the amazing scenary but we stopped in at the local diner in HOPE and were treated to UNBELIEVABLE service and food. The Fraser valley is one of our fondest memories of our trip.

Welcome to Muvipix!
