Introducing Myself

A place to introduce and tell a little about yourself.

Introducing Myself

Postby 818Drones » Wed Oct 19, 2016 10:04 am

Greetings from historically quaint Athens, Alabama. My name is Patrick Bryant. After earning my FAA part 107 certificate I started a drone videography business. The flying part is easy and fun (I'm also a private pilot), but the photography and videography aspects of my business presented a world of challenges. This led me to Lynda dot com and Steve's Premiere Elements 14 course, and that led me here. Thank you for accepting me into your tribe. I very much look forward to associating with you good people, and wish you all the very best.
Thanks again!
Patrick

Welcome, Patrick! :meet:

I've been to Athens!

Congrats on getting your 107 license. It's on my "must do" list. Did you take a course or find the material to study, perhaps in a book or online (for free) somewhere? I've found a couple of courses, but feel they are a bit expensive. I keep thinking there ought to be a text book out there somewhere.

Glad you found Steve and the rest of the gang. You'll like it here!
