Hi Misty,
Here is a program I have looked at over the years, seems to do a lot of stuff automatically
http://www.3d-album.com/products_explan ... _sn=VCS300

Proshow Gold is another that has some fun features and effects.

I know that all of the various editing applications have little things that they do, special effects kinds of things.
Pinnacle has some, Roxio and Nero have some, Magix does a lot of stuff like you are looking for. Sometimes it comes down to trying them out to see what suits you best.

Hi Steve,

Muvipix Guide to Premiere Elements 8

arrived today and I do like the color screen images much better.

Since I don't have Premiere Elements version 8 installed I can't make any other comments on the book at this time. However, I will use the book as a reference if students in Photoshop Elements classes ask questions about Premiere Elements 8.

My pleasure, Chooks! And thanks again for supporting the book and the site!

(And don't forget to post an honest review on Amazon when you have a chance. It does make a big difference in sales!)

My color version of the book showed up from Amazon today. So far it is great however I hope your next book will be offered in the large print edition. I will be going to Walmart tomorrow to get a magnify sheet so I don't have to get two inches away from page. Thanks for writing the book I went from version 4 to 8 so I sure the book will be necessary .

Sorry about the smaller size, Hapy. We're continuing to refine the process.

The new book -- Cool Tricks & Hot Tips for Adobe Premiere Elements -- will indeed be a larger format (7"x10") and uses a slightly larger font. It's also in living color. Hope that helps!

The book is due out at the end of March.

Here's one of the effects I'll be showing you how to do in the book.

Steve, You did that without the Trapcode Shine Plug-in?

Please don't consider this a threadjack... but I see "Error - plugin not loaded".

Is it because I'm on my Mac at work?

Most likely. It's Windows Media Player Plug-In.
