Looks great! Wish we all could have a slice. Interesting idea with the grill at the end. I'm sure it's delicious. "Primordial stew" I love it :TU:

We have a couple of Lodge cast iron pizza pans that are great. We use them on the grill or in the oven. Can't speak to the dough, that's Mrs Ed's domain.

This is from last night, it's a Friday thing here. Not sure about the dough, but she uses a bread machine and King Arthur flour.

The Familia took a vote and requested their first Grisetti pizza of the new year for dinner. When something tastes that good ya stick with it. Mangia Mangia.

Well, Steve it was a delicious meal. We added a couple of our own variants I thought I would share.

We ran out of cornmeal so we substituted ground Flax seed and that made for a tasty variant. We also substituted yellow tomatoes for the red for the sauce and made our own sauce. we also made personal pizzas instead of one big pizza.

All in all it was quite delicious and folks ate until they were pleasantly full. I recommend enjoying a Grisetti pizza for your next meal.
