I'm continually experimenting myself, Sidd. Sprinkling olive oil over the cheese, for instance. If you find anything that makes it better, let me know!

It's not pizza Steve, but I made my 'world famous' 3 cheese ravioli this afternoon for dinner tonight. I made a quick sauce with fresh plum tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil for it last night. I love making the dough and rolling it out.

Doing well Ed, still working my fanny off but working for myself the past 7 years now. Family are all well too, thanks for asking. Sounds like you and your family are doing well also.

Fried Ravioli is a whole new experience, I highly recommend trying it. I thought it was kind of weird at first but really love it. Dipped in a good Marinara it can't be beat and makes a great appetizer.

That looks great Ed. I bet it was tasty.

Maybe that's what we should do is put together a Muvipix Cookbook with recipes from our members. Pandemic Cooking the Muvipix way... :exc:

Those remind me of something our next door neighbor used to make back in Chicago in the 60's and 70's. She called it Gavadils, also known as Cavatelli. They were amazing, especially her family recipe.

Wow it's not even lunchtime and I am hungry.

Growing up we had this old Italian guy who worked at the grocery store and made a lot of Italian food. We called him Chef but he was pretty good with pasta.

It is Cavatelli Chuck, although I do use a Gnocchi board. I call it shells because that's what I told my kids it was when they were little.

If you have some time to kill watch this video of an amazing demonstration of making pasta shapes. I am trying to work my way through the more interesting ones.

Well I guess not really pasta related but I did make some really tasty lemon Biscotti this morning. I used the lemon zest from our lemon trees. I think I should be living in Tuscany making stuff.... and flying a drone too ::C
