ok dokey here is the latest, ive seen how to's on how to do it but they are mostly with after effects which I don't have so I decided to use the green screen.... I think ill do it again sometime but not the green screen but I might have to wait till I get after effects coz im pretty sure even with the garbage matt ill struggle....

Overall, it looks pretty good, Bry. What program did you create this effect in?

The young man in the picture looks like he was cut out of a photo, which sort of weakens the effect. If he were moving, the effect would look much more real.

But I love the shattered particles as he lands!

thanks Steve, glad you liked it to a point ;)

I used PE 10 ... I plan on upgrading but until I get a new computer there isn't any point, my computer is a 32bit and I need a 64bit...

at the beginning I did freeze frame it coz in my experience of watching YouTube clips they seem to "blip" (don't know what to call it) kinda like a black screen, buffer issue,,,,so with this mind, when I watch other clips I miss the important part, so that's why I did it, so no one missing him taking off...... if you watch closely though as he starts to fly up he is actually moving his arm upwards and starting to stand up straight as he goes......and when landing he bends down etc.... but I know what you mean,,, like walking into the jump rather than standing there would have been better, but I think that's where I used the green screen that put him into that position really....

I still have version 10 installed and use it, that is my favorite version and one of the most stable :TU:
