Nighttime Drivelapse

Postby Kent Frost » Fri Dec 27, 2013 3:39 am

Decided to mix things up a bit this time. I clamped the GoPro to the middle headrest in the backseat and aimed it dead ahead for a drive through Springfield earlier this evening.

Another very cool video, Kent! And, again, the music complemented it just perfectly.

But, since this is Springfield, I was a little disappointed that I didn't see the Simpsons' house or the nuclear power plant.

Lightspeed is a good name Kent! Very good! Did you rotate in post around the :28 mark?

You used a slider, yes? DIY or store bought? Either way the results are very impressive.

Nope, no slider here. I don't actually own one. This was simply shot in 1080p, and then I did a keyframed pan-and-scan technique in a 720p timeline in Sony Vegas.
