transferring prel between computers

I have Premiere Elements on a laptop and a desktop. Is it possible to email the prel files between computers? My attempts have not been successful.

You will need the media files as well as the project file if you wish to edit or export from the project file.

My suggestion would be to use an external hard drive to hold your project/media and move it between the devices.

I have one of these made from an old SSD which is held in a Sabrent toolless case attached to my TV for recording programmes. The same thing would be perfect for swapping files between devices.

An alternative would be to attach an external drive to your router and share it over the network.
