Recover Deleted Clips

After closing a project and exiting Premiere Elements, can I recover clips I deleted in a previous editing session?

It depends on what you mean by deleted, William.
Video editing is a non-destructive process. That means that nothing you trim or cut from a source video is actually deleted or destroyed. It's merely trimmed away so that it's not visible in your current project. The original video remains fully intact.
