Still experimenting.
This could be kind of interesting if I can get the camera to set the exposure based on what's outside the car.

Re: 360 DrivingSteve, Looks good. My only comment is I think there is a setting where you can set the default location of the video's main view upon playback.

Re: 360 DrivingAfter seeing that video, I realized the potential that 360 would have if used in a dash cam. It could be more useful than normal video if an accident or other unfortunate event should be captured.
Re: 360 DrivingSidd, I'm trying to figure out how to set the default view for the 360 video. If you can figure it out, let me know.

Re: 360 DrivingYou ran a stop sign at 1:43.
Re: 360 DrivingSteve what a cool way to pick up your grandson.

Re: 360 DrivingI certainly did NOT run that stop sign, TreeTops! The lens just exaggerates how far away it is. Watch my full stop at 1:45.

Re: 360 DrivingI stand corrected.
I slowed the video down and you can sure see that you stopped. Can you show how you mounted that camera? I would like to use it as a dash cam.
Re: 360 DrivingIf you rotate the video down you can see it is on a tripod in the car.

I do that too! Mainly to get new ideas and see how others are handling the nadir. I usually keep my comments to myself, though.

That is the fun of 360... to look and see... Sidd "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." ..... Ferris Bueller
Re: 360 Driving
I have to confess that one of the things I looked for is to see if you did a "rolling stop" at the stop sign. I noticed that you did do a complete and proper stop. I even heard you use the turn signal in the first video. Now that so many of our actions are recorded by ourselves or others, we have to be on our toes at all times.
