video on DVD

Postby abbaker2 » Mon Mar 08, 2021 11:46 am

My video currently runs a little over 60 minutes. It includes an audio narrative and background music.

Can I fit this video on a single-layer DVD with full video quality?

A standard, single-layer, recordable DVD has 4.7 GB of storage space. If you file is less than that you can fit it on a DVD.

A good rule of thumb is no more than 70 minutes to a DVD.

Another rule of thumb is that your audience will lose interest after 20-30 minutes.
