Any Cap on Number of media/videos used within one Project?

Postby yokeyue » Wed Aug 11, 2021 2:57 am

Hi! I intend to embark on a new project which involves extracting contents from about 200 short clips (average length 1 min). Is there a cap on the maximum number of media / videos used within one project or the maximum length of one project pls? Thanks much!

No cap on the number of clips but you might experience a performance issue from your computer. It will most likely overwhelm your systems abilities to run. You might consider limiting the number of clips.

I recommend organizing your clips, then group them into 3 or 4 sections (maybe more). Create a small project for each section and then combine them all together later into on final project.
1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.

2. Cybertron PC - Liquid Cooled AMD FX6300, 6 cores, 3.50ghz - 32GB DDR3 - MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4G, 4GB Video Ram, 1024 Cuda Cores.
