Editing 2.7k video

Postby John Walker » Sun Nov 01, 2020 7:24 pm

Hi

Any suggestions for editing 2.7k video in PRE 2018 ? There doesn't appear to be a pre-set for it.

Regards

Premiere Elements isn't set up to edit 2704x1520 pixel video, John. Most likely it would be a challenging marriage.

Though it's possible one of our community members has figured out a way to make it fit.

Thanks Steve,

I read somewhere that one of the existing an existing pre-sets can be edited but I can't remember where I saw it

It is my understanding that you cannot set up a 2.7 project in Premiere Elements.

You are stuck to 3840X2160 or 1920x1080.

If you edit in 1920x1080 project you have the higher resolution and the ability to zoom in providing you have Scale to Framesize turned off.
