Got the upgrade!

Postby AVITRY » Sat Oct 22, 2016 2:17 pm

Whew ... finally after 6 days short of a month, constant numerous contacts with Adobe via chat (since they won't talk to you regarding PE questions) They sent me the upgrade from 14 to 15. What a chore.

Last time I had to call and check status of what is going on, I begged them to talk to me rather than chat. LOL, they told me my upgrade request was denied because version 14 was purchased under the name "joe" and the upgrade request was submitted under the name"joseph". :ha:

Anyway, alls well that ends well I suppose.

Question, can vers. 14 and 15 live together on the same hard drive without conflict? thanks ...

Yes, each version is installed in a separate directory and you can have multiple versions installed on the same machine. Just don't run them both at the same time.

Glad you were finally able to get the upgrade.
