I don't know how good it is but the Sothink HD Video Converter is today's Giveaway of the Day.

If you've not used 'Giveaway' before it is a web site that offers, each day, a different commercial software product. The drawback is that the software must be installed within a 24 hour period. If, for any reason, you uninstall the software, or it gets trashed (e.g. HDD failure) you cannot reinstall outside that 24 hour period.

I recommend using the Mirror #1 link rather than the main download link.
The mirror #1 download link is a simple text link just below the main download link.
It was over 10 times faster than the main link which stalled on me twice.

Just remember to actually install the software on the same day it is being given away.
I did download the setup file but went to install it today, too late. Needs to be installed on the day of the giveaway I guess
