Couple of Photo Tools.

I have found a couple of free tools that seem useful for photo editing. This may be largely irrelevant if you have a photoshop variant - but here goes anyhow.

First up is

This is a small app that integrates with explorer and the "windows picture viewer" that gives some useful (an some no so) tools integrated right into windows. The automatic red eye reduction (which can be run as a batch) seems really good. (I don't know if photoshop does this).

Second is paint.net

http://www.getpaint.net/

This is a photo editor. Has layers support, plugins, multi-core aware, but no inbuilt photoshop import/export . Might be useful to some people.
