I want to know which of the available presets are most suited to use to export a completed section of video for:

1.) insertion into another project still being worked on and
2.) to export to use in other computers and post, most likely to Vimeo, but not necessarily.

This film isn't "the norm" so I'm not sure what to use.

Thank you.

It depends on your source video and at what frame rate (e.g. 30fps, 24 fps, 60fps). If you are recording in 1080P at 30fps and you want to post online (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo etc), then the h.264 1920x1080P @ 30fps would give you the best video. Not sure if you have the ability to change the bitrate output but if you can choose VBR 2 pass and a bit rate of at least 30 will get the video you are looking for.

We are in North America so I expect 30 fps? Thanks for your help.
