Re: Miami FlyoverThe audio in the beginning was a great idea.
Re: Miami Flyover Enjoyed it Chuck! It's cool to see the vapor coming off of the wing. Wouldn't it be great to be in the cockpit on takeoff?

Re: Miami FlyoverLooks like slow motion, especially when the plane turns on the taxiway and when passing the clouds.

Re: Miami FlyoverThat was cool Chuck. The video looked good. Those little sessions produce some pretty nice video for as small as they are. I have been thinking that the next time I fly I have a really small suction cup mount that I am going to see if I can attach to the window and try and capture some footage. I think I have a take off and landing in Atlanta from last summer I should try and dig up and post.
Those little cameras are infectious lol Sidd "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." ..... Ferris Bueller

Re: Miami Flyover
Don't you love happy accidents? The little cam does a great job with the color & focus. The shots were steady. Did you do anything special to keep the camera steady? aka Cheryl

Re: Miami FlyoverThanks Cheryl
I had the GoPro on a telescoping monopod resting against the window. The takeoff was very steady so that helped a lot. http://www.amazon.com/Oumers-Extendable ... ge_o06_s01 1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.

Re: Miami FlyoverVery good footage Chuck. I loved the way the flight attendant's "speech" was faded out and the music started.
Unfortunately these days since 9/11, the flight deck is a no no for visitors. A real shame. If you are faced with a forced landing at night, switch on the landing lights, if you don't like what you see, switch them back off.
Re: Miami FlyoverThank you
I too really miss being able to take the kids to the airport like we used to. 1. Thinkpad W530 Laptop, Core i7-3820QM Processor 8M Cache 3.70 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M 2GB Memory.
