The Milwaukee Domes

Postby sidd finch » Tue Aug 25, 2015 9:17 am

I had a really quick trip to Milwaukee the first week of August and got a chance to visit the Milwaukee Domes and shoot some footage. Although I was not able to schedule a visit with Milwaukee's favorite son, I had the next best thing.......including his voice once again in a video.

Wow! You're getting this down to a fine art. I've seen professionally produced videos that weren't as good. Made me want to pack up and head for Milwaukee to experience it in person. Great job, both video and narration! :TU:

Thank you

I have to say I think Steve's voice is the glue that pulls it all together. I am still working on trying to make the shots as smooth as possible but it is a lot harder than I was expecting. I was really happy to be at the domes when the place was almost empty. Sometimes I am hesitant to try and record with a lot of people around. I do not want to interrupt their experience by walking around with a camera.

Sidd, your work is so good...great shooting, editing, and creative choices, like your music; and, of course, with Steve's voice it all comes together so well! Very refined and professional!

You two could make a tour of the local landfill classy and inviting!

with Steve's voice it all comes together

Thank you Sherrin. It is funny you mention that. When I show my wife some of my other "creations" lately she has commented and said.... "ohhh that video would sound perfect with that one guy who did the voice for your other video." The experience was a little bit like having Wilson from Home Improvement. I could hear his voice but I could not quite see him. :fg:

Now a landfill...... hummmm that is a thought. :)
