Yes that is true. But in typical fashion the weather folks are predicting an above average El-Nino for 2016-17 and they are predicting an additional 20 inches of rain. So now the fight is becoming to keep conserving even if the reservoirs fill up. Never a dull moment.

Funny you mention that. I saw on the news that California is consulting with an Israeli official to see what it takes to implement. Sounds like Israel has a tiered approach. The cleaner the water the more expensive.

Is there a local, grass roots outcry for more reservoirs?

I've noticed an influx of Californians who have moved here lately.

Oh Gerlinde! This is just great - the camera work is very well done - especially while swimming!! I love how the camera picks up the splash sounds even with the waterproof case.

Cute kids, cute video. I love it! =D> :TU:

I sure hope the water situation improves out there.

I don't have much hope that anything regarding the drought will change any time soon. Especially after reading this article. :pull:
