Paz I am glad you enjoyed my humor. I thought it would be funny to make it seem like it was very high brow coffee. They were real beans but what looked like it was the ground beans was just a spoonful of instant coffee. I only poured the cream and coffee once.

Also not noticeable but is there is the coffee cup and the coffee container. Except for the silver tray and spoon they were all pieces of a kids tea set. Filmed on a lined napkin...

Francesco, I think we can safely put this to rest. I have no issues with Verdi's name. I'm perfectly happy with Giuseppe, which is what most people here in the U.S. know him by. Let me tell you a story. Fifty or so years ago, while I was in college, I was taking a class on the history of music. When we got to the portion discussing opera, the instructor began talking about "Joe Green". I was puzzled. Who was this important person that I had never heard of? Then it hit me and I smiled. The instructor, in order to better connect with the students, was making a jest by anglicizing the name. Of course, he did use the proper name for the remainder of the class. It was in that sense, a mild jest to create a smile, that I repeated it here.

Bob, you hit the target, in fact.

I have liked "Joe Green": as a Jethro Tull's fun I have immediately thought at "Jack in the green" and - of course - at the characters in British parades, at tradition.

I have probably felt like presenting our national composer in a totally Italian way.
I hope it hasn't been disturbing.

Yes, I am now convinced that - as some psychologists retain - the national Italian character is the "rigid" one, hehehe

This cut from a video clip of the annual May Day procession held on the first Saturday in May at Knutsford, Cheshire, UK.

This is a thread about Sidd's coffee video, yes? :-8

Nescafe? Robusta beans? BLASPHEMY!! :YY:

That was a great video. Pacing and visuals were very good. The music was an excellent accompaniment too. What speed did you playback the 120fps at?

Maybe a coffee video contest?? Now I'm in the mood to make a coffee video (and have another cup).
