Talk about the "World's Most Versatile Camera™" here.

Here is a short video I put together about our new family pet, Joey the Boxer. The video is narrated by Joey's "pet boy", my 13yo son Josh. I used PRE10 to edit the footage from my GoPro HDHero2, Vixia HV30, and Vixia HF R400. Music is "Jaunty Gumption" from Incompetech.
All non-GoPro footage was shot handheld. Dog collar and Chesty mount were used for the GoPro shots.
Desktop: HPE-580T, i7-950 (3.07GHz), 16GB RAM, Win'7 64-bit Home Premium, PSE12/PRE12, Lightroom 5. Laptop: MacBook Pro (retina), 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Final Cut Pro X, Motion 5. Cameras (in use): Panasonic GH4/Canon HFR400/Canon HV30, GoPro HD Hero2.

It's fun when videos become a family project. We have a boxer on my brother's side and they're good dogs. Joey's going to be a great addition for all of you. Good job!

Another good reason to shoot with a Go Pro!
BTW, does anybody else feel that kid's room is the ideal color for greenscreen work?

That was a cool video especially with the GoPro on the dog. You have the doggie cam down... I also noticed your sons room would make a perfect green screen room if you needed it. Sidd

Thanks everyone for the kind words! Yes, Joey is a wonderful dog. I've never had a pet in my life quite like him. It is almost impossible to be in a bad mood when he is near you. He gets desperate if he senses that he is alone. The first time we left him alone was a disaster; we had 9 venetian blinds and 2 window screens destroyed. We don't do that anymore. We actually have to drop him off at "doggie day care" (my mother in law) in the morning when we go to work and school. We have an indoor cat too, and Joey just blows him off. Never tried to hurt him once. (The cat in the video is our outdoor cat.) If someone had told me 5 years ago that we would have a 60lb boxer as an indoor dog, I would have said they were crazy. Now I can't imagine not having him around. Great dog!
