"Share" using .avi

I have sometimes found it convenient to save a small project (usually a very small part of a larger project) as .avi. I use that to "drop" that portion into the main production. When I tried to do it with my relatively new PRE12 I found no way to save the small project to .avi from the "Publish+Share" button. Any suggestions on how I can do that?

Alternatively (although I have never tried it) can I add the small project to the main production by using "Add Media" in the main production?

It should be there -- under Publish & Share/Computer.

And, yes, once you publish & share the AVI, you can use Add Media to add it to another project.

There's a scroll bar that often goes unnoticed. Easy to miss.

And in case you weren't aware, note the option under Publish +Share to "Share WorkAreaBar Only." Click and drag the handles on the WAB to select only the part of your project that you want to export. These captures were taken from PrEl 11, but I think PrEl 12 will be almost identical.

Thanks to both of you. I had not realized that the right-hand border of the Publish+Share/Computer window contains a scroll bar. I have now found (and used successfully) the conversion to .avi. Perhaps in a subsequent version the designers of PRE will not use such similar shades of grey to designate some "controls".
