Using Adobe Bridge, I am used to re-arrange my photos in a folder by dragging and droppinf photos around to a desired order.
Is that possible in the PRE organizer?

Re: Rearrange photos in OrganizerNo. However, in version 12, you do have options to arrange the media in Organizer Media Browser by date or alpha-numeric order.

With the Organizer that comes with PSE7, one can first create an Album and then re-arrange as one pleases. Steve,is that also doable with the later versions of PSE? Re: Rearrange photos in OrganizerExcellent find, George!
Yes, in version 12, if you create an Album, you can arrange your clips or photos into any order you want within that Album and they will remain in that order any time you open the Album. HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
Re: Rearrange photos in OrganizerThanks.
For the time being I'll stay with Bridge because I can rearrange my clips and also Batch Rename them with a finer (more customized) rename function than PRE 12. BTW, I encountered an annoying behavior in PRE 12. I create several folders in the Project Assets pane and store media in them. when I click on the little triangle to the left of the folder, the folder does not open down or close up. Is this a bug or a feature? Joe
Re: Rearrange photos in OrganizerThat's true. Clicking the triangle does not open a folder -- if it's empty. If there are media files in it, it will toggle the folder open.
I usually double-click on the folder to navigate into it. HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro
