Process Multiple Photos

Specific to Premiere Elements Version 11.

Process Multiple Photos

Postby videolady » Sat Jan 04, 2014 10:52 am

I have watched your tutorial for using this and it looks so simple but nothing happens when I click Process Multiple Photos - and it is not darker shaded as others in this drop down menu. In fact, when I have no photos already open, 'Import' is the only option in that section of the drop down. If I have photos open, then 'Place', Organize Photos' and 'Import' become highlighted as options.

What am I missing?

Are you talking about the Process Multiple Files feature, Videolady?

This is in Photoshop Elements, of course, not Premiere Elements.

You're saying that the option to Process Multiple Files isn't available in Photoshop Elements? Is it grayed-out or does it just not highlight when you mouse over it?

Yes, sorry I didn't quote the right name!

It is grayed-out.

Grayed out? I've never seen that for this feature. And I'm not sure what would even cause that.

I assume your program is fully installed and registered, right? And that you have all of its updates (Check under the Help menu)?

I'm just not sure what to tell you. That's a strange one!

I had computer problems and had to reinstall and reregister. (You guys tried to help me with problems back in October as well as my computer repair store.) But I think there are still some more issues because we weren't able to correct my problems 100%. I guess this may be another one of my 'issues'.
I bought version 12 of PSE & PRE so maybe I should try to install now and use that.

It's definitely worth a try.
