When using this effect on my video it take forever to render. Is there anyway to shorten this rendering?

Rendering time is a combination of the speed of your processor, the resolution of your video, the length of the segment you're rendering and the complexity of your effect(s). There's really no way to speed it up.

What processor do you have and what are your project settings?

Is there a reason why when you finish rendering and save that when you go out of the software you lose the rendering and have to start all over again? Big problem.

That should not be happening in version 11, Ted. It was a problem in versions 9 and 10, but it was fixed in version 11. I'm not seeing it on my PC or my Mac.

Try going to the Help menu and Check for Updates for the software.

Then post your computer specs and operating system. In fact, I recommend you add it to your signature, as I have. That way, whenever you post a question, it will post along with your question automatically.

In version 11, any segment of the timeline where you use the stabilize effect will lose the preview render. And any segment where you use Photoshop .PSD images will also lose the preview render. The same thing happens on Windows XP and Windows 8.

Hi
Yes I can definitely verify that, any stabilize effect or PSD will definitely lose the render,
after closing and re-opening. BG
