If you mean 3D that you can view with 3D glasses, no, you can not.

I didn't ask that question very well. Can you transform an image (I'm working with a logo) into a 3D look?

BluffTitler is probably your best bet as far as value is concerned. There are others that would work as well but are more expensive, Heroglyph by ProDad, After Effects.

If you have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements there are some pretty cool 3D effects you can do there
