Settings new project in PrE 11

Hi,
I test to mix videoclip from two different cameras, HDV 1440z1080 25 and a mobile phone Samsung Galaxy S2 with 1920x1080 30. The project setting is HDV 1440x1080 25. I must render the clip from mobile.
When I play the project is the mobile clip video quality very poor,grainy and shaky. When I export the projevt as a avi and the quality is ok.
Does anyone have any idea about settings ?
In Pr Pro I use the HDV settings and have no problem

In version 11, the program will set up your project settings automatically, so you don't need to worry about that. You can also mix those two formats in the same project.

I'm not sure what you mean by "I must render the clip from mobile," Thomas.

But if you render your timeline in Premiere Elements (by pressing Enter on your keyboard), your playback should look fine -- just like your output. The only reason it may not is if your computer isn't quite powerful enough to play high definition video.

I undestand now that Premiere Elements set the settings after you import your clips. Over the mobile clip I have the red bar. I press enter to render the clip.
Now I import the HDV-clip before the mobile-clip and I have no problem with the qulity.
