Has anybody used the Flash 8 Video Encoder? Were there software conflicts with PE? It came with Macromedia Studio 8, which I got primarily to use Dreamweaver and to learn Flash.
I don't want to install anything that will hijack encoders and mess up my working system with PE 2, but if it's useful and harmless to my system, I will go ahead and install it.
Any thoughts on using this program would be greatly appreciated!

I have Flash MX installed and don't have any problems with any version of Premiere Elements. Considering version 2 doesn't support flash files I think you should be just fine installing Flash 8.
