That is really a good news, but why each time I open any .vob files with the MPEG StreamingClip application that I found it totally close all of the sudden?
I will try to capture the going on when I go back home today.

Ummm... sorry but I cant suggest anything else. It appears that there could be a conflict with another program, but I am not sure.

I will try to install it again alone on a clean fresh Windows and check again.

Thanks a lot my friend.

- Later Edit -
I've purchased both quick time pro 7 activation code and WinQuickTimeMPEG2 component.
Now it is working for me.
But please what is the DV exporting settings I should set to use it the right way?

Thanks,
Mohamed

I posted them in your other thread, Mohamed. But here they are again:

Open the VOB file or files you want to convert with MPEG Streamclip. Then go to File/Export to AVI and select the AVI/DivX Exporter.

For Compression select the Apple DV/DVPRO_NTSC (or DV PAL, if appropriate) codec.
For Field Order select Lower Field First.
Change the default sound settings from MPEG Layer 3 to Uncompressed.

If you have widescreen footage click on the Options at the top right. Leave the Scan Mode as is but change the Aspect Ratio from 4:3 to 16:9.

If you would like to save these settings, click on the Presets button at the bottom left then click on the New button to name and save your settings. The next time you run MPEG Streamclip, you can go directly to the Presets button and Load your saved settings.

Click on “Make AVI” and choose a folder and filename for your DV-AVI file.
