Interesting. It seems to only trim clips, though.
Usefull, I suppose, if you have less to convert when using a clip in Pr El.
Maybe they will add other features in the future?

This is very similar to Windows MovieMaker Live, the cloud-based video editor that's included with Windows 7.
Although, if I know Google, they've probably improved it a bit.
