Sometimes when I go to the forum index page I will see what I call little bells next to the topics.
The next time the bells will be replaced with what look like folders to me.
Is it me or do they change or is a glitch?

I replaced the icon indicators, thought they looked better. There's a legend at the bottom of the Forum Index.
