He gave some good examples of what not to do with that low fps. The other downside is you can't slow down the video. Example shoot in 120fps and edit in a 60fps comp slowing down the video gives a smooth look. Double the frame rate is good no matter what fps you shoot. I actually go much, much higher to compensate for panning and hand held.

Mom I thought some cameras had the ability to record at 48 fps so they could be slowed down.
