I have all of the Topaz photo products and I received a notification from Topaz to try Topaz Photo AI.

Suffice it to say that it is now my "go to" tool to fix photos making my Topaz DeNoise and Topaz Sharpen software redundant. :-D

Have you tried the Topaz Video AI? Seems like they have really good products.

That's really cool - a little pricey though for a non-professional.

Agreed, But for all those old videos it would be cost effective if you wanted to restore them or at least improve the resolution. I think I have a bunch from the "old" super8 days that would be pretty cool. Need to win lotto retire and start a big project....

I received an email this morning from Topaz announcing a price reduction of Video AI from US$299 down to US$159. Still too expensive for me bearing in mind the amount of video work that I do these days.

I received an email that I could download Video AI 3.0 for free. That's because I purchased a year's worth of updates and upgrades last year. I've only had time to try a 20 second video. The new stabilization worked. And now each preview is saved so you can easily compare results of different profiles you try. Picking the right profile is the trick to getting good results.

Hey RJ (Off Topic.. hijack),

I keep receiving info emails that your email address (edited to not share personal info) is no longer valid.

Would you like me to change your email address in your profile? (I can't remember if mods can change their own email address)

Send me a quick PM or email and I'll do that for you.

(/Off Topic)
Regards,
-Ron

FWIW, I got it sorted.. I actually emailed Microsoft (something I've NEVER done) and asked them to remove muvipix IP from the so-called "black list" and they actually responded to say that it was removed, and so far, all is well.

Should be all set, Rob.
