This seems like a nice DYI alternative. But what is that device that is attached at 7:10? That seems like the real key to its function. Is it a gyroscope? Did I miss its description? HP Envy with 2.9/4.4 ghz i7-10700 and 16 gig of RAM running Windows 11 Pro

I think it is just an old motor that is being used as a weight. It just happens to be the right size and shape for the gimbal. Any other object that is heavy enough and not too cumbersome would work.
