That really did look tasty.

Had not used corn in a pasta sauce before. Looks interesting. I think the continuous low heat cooking really helps too.

I learned that from my Grandmother Sidd. Adds a little starch to the sauce as well as sweetness, so you can add less sugar. Same with adding a few anchovies in place of salt.

Magnifico! Fresh ingredients, lovingly prepared, and a husband who appreciates it all. It's nice to know that you've got a GS400 that's still seeing use. Mine is sitting in a cabinet and hasn't been used in some years. Thanks for sharing, Ed. :TU:

God Bless Mrs Ed. And she makes a mean pizza too. Camcorder worked great and colors looked good. The only thing missing was the epilogue.

Nice Pizza video Ed. Even though I have a cold, it made me want one.

I meet her at work. I asked her to dinner and it went well. She invited me to her house for dinner - I decided I would never leave her side. She is a world class chef. She hooked me in.

If you like German inspired dishes (think meat, potatoes, cabbage) you should really check out this YouTube site - https://www.youtube.com/@leckerschnell/featured. I've made a few of the recipes on the site and they've all been good. I think I'm going to make the one below tomorrow.

Making my dog Cooper dehydrated beef sticks. He loves them, but then again he eats trash on the street when I walk him...

Ed, we have a dehydrator and a freeze dryer that we use to make treats for our dogs among other things :) I am sure they are actually yummy ! Kind of like Slim Jims, probably good for human consumption too, although I'm not sure that Slim Jims are really good for human consumption !

I love it Chuck, a work colleague gave it to me for Christmas last year. I mostly use it for the dog, he loves dehydrated apple slices. I do make jerky for the kids, but my health issues preclude me from eating that.

Make a food video, your hot dog video was epic!

Ed, I am not a dog but I think I would try one of the dehydrated beef sticks. They look like they would be great for camping or long road trips. The dog bark brought a chuckle.

Chuck, Slim Jim's a good if you interested in reducing your life expectancy.... :hyst:
