That's good. Probably would get hundreds of thousands of hits from millennials if on YouTube. Now we need Steve's video on his new Air Fryer.

That is funny mom you are not the first person to mention that...

After watching these videos I feel like buying you a French press.

Ed I checked Amazon and the cost is pretty reasonable. That would complete the coffee movie trilogy. It would ad some flavor to the set.

Pros: inexpensive equipment, consistently good coffee, minimal learning curve. Cons: requires additional equipment to boil water, less safe than other methods, lack of experience or attentiveness can lead to over-extraction of the grounds and a dishwater-like flavor.

I can be attentive....I'm in then... :conf:

So here is my coffee story:

When I was a youngster of about 5 years old, I asked my mother if I could have some coffee. My parents drank a lot of coffee and didn't want me to pick up the "habit". She poured a half cup of coffee grounds (not instant) and a half cup of cold water and let me have a taste. I spit it out and haven't tried coffee since.

My younger brother was given the same treatment a few years later. He took a sip and said, "That's good coffee!"
He is still a coffee drinker.

Hilarious! We have family members who don’t drink coffee and I never understood why they have no interest. I started drinking coffee when I was 18 years old and working 12 hour shifts starting at 3:15 a.m. If it’s not caffeinated it’s not coffee. Love a good cuppa joe.

Agreed. For me that first cup in the morning is the rocket fuel to start the day. The song Eruption by Eddie Van Halen encapsulates the feeling of having that first cup. My current coffee favorite is an Italian coffee:

Lavazza -Gran Selezione. Rainforest Alliance Certified™, this product is a blend of premium Arabica from Central and South America, with chocolaty tasting notes and a full-bodied aroma. 100% pure Arabica, 100% sustainable.

I like the convenience of the K-Cup but do not like all that plastic waster so I found a reusable K-Cup and filters. Makes me feel better about not creating as much waste. And is rated a 7 on the company's Richter scale of intensity.... Good Times

Mom That Ikea brand is right in my price point. Might have to get that one.

My husband likes Kaldi coffee. I tried the Guatamala in my press. That is high caffeine to me :drunken:
