Life in a Day July 25

Postby sidd finch » Thu Jul 09, 2020 12:34 pm

On July 25th, 2020, Ridley Scott and Academy Award® winner Kevin Macdonald invite you to be part of Life in a Day—a historic, global documentary capturing a single day on Earth. Videos from around the world will be woven into a YouTube Originals feature film, premiering at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival.

P.S. Not to sling mud, but I think Ridley Scott stole this idea from Steve's idea back in Feb before Pandemic mania came to town. Just because Ridley changed the wording does not stop it from hijacking the idea..... :ha:

As I recall this is the same Ridley Scott you "came up" with the idea to use GoPro's in his little Martian movie with Matt Damon. Good to know he is using Muvipix as his inspiration. :gl:

Wasn't there a life in a day many years ago that was global? I think it was 10 hours long of short videos. :conf:

Mom didn't you have a friend that won an award for a day in the life video he did?

Steve, I couldn't open your link. I think this is the one. The trailer:

Sidd, I don't think I know anyone unless it was one of my Vimeo contacts.

Mom I think it might have been a video contact. You encouraged him to join Muvipix which he did. Posted her for about a year then did not see him post anymore.

You are thinking of someone that captured I think 10 seconds every day for a year. The video I was thinking about was captured by thousands around the world in one day.
