Humble Bundle: Hitfilm Pro Ignite Pro Action Pro and more

Postby RJ Johnston » Fri Dec 20, 2019 2:56 am

For $30 I bought a bunch of stuff from Humble Bumble. There is HitFilm Pro, Ignite Pro, Action Pro, and a lot of other goodies.

There is some indication that they sell stolen keys. Also it appears that it is a Chinese company. I am basing my statements from reading the reviews of that site.

I didn't find it, per se. I read about it on the Vegas Pro forum at VegasCreativeSoftware.com.

As long as the software works and Homeland Security don't get involved, then it's a go for me.

Not sure where you're getting that from - Humble was independent (US Founders Jeffrey Rosen and John Graham) but is now owned by IGN who are in turn owned by Ziff Davis.

Unlike many of the key seller sites which are sometimes of very dubious legality they work with the software publishers to sell keys and donate some of the proceeds to charity - so far over $159,000,000. The selected charity for this bundle is "Water".

On the FXHome forum Ben Norris of FXHome says
Thanks to Humble Bundle, this deal allows for us to support some brilliant charities by providing our software alongside a range of other amazing products.

Note also that the recent MAGIX and VEGAS bundles were approved by MAGIX.
