Hurricane Florence

Like many I have been watching the aftermath of Hurricane Florence and I was thinking about Pazzzz and Bobby. Hope you both are safe and dry. Also to all Muvipixers caught in Florence's grip I hope things get better ASAP.

I PM'd Bobby just before it moved in. I'm sure they were already evacuated, or in the process. Haven't heard from him. An awful mess.

Agreed, I hope they all make it out. Looks like an awful amount of water. I have been watching the news and it looks like the place is sinking into the ocean.

Thanks for thinking of me Sidd, but Florence was not at all close to me. Alabama touches the Gulf of Mexico, not the Atlantic.

It does indeed look like an awful mess of flooding and pollution being spread around. I've read that at least part of the herd of wild horses on the Outer Banks have survived. I've read that rising water is more likely to slide around islands but when faced with a solid bank of land, that's where the wall of water hits, and I think in this storm it was high tide. There will be a long period of misery caused by this one. (I'm sick of hurricanes!)

Here's hoping Bobby and his family are well.

Good to know all is well Pazz, even if I am geographically challenged. Hoping Bobby has weathered the storm ok.
