Music Video with some cool stuff to try

Postby Chuck Engels » Wed Sep 23, 2015 9:38 am

I saw this video for the first time yesterday and immediately thought of Muvipix. They do some very fun stuff and nothing impossibly difficult for any of us. Thought it might be fun to give some of this a try and I'm sure that some of you will love this too :)

Creative! It reminded me of the video where someone is drawing vacation images or maybe vacation photos. Can't remember now.

I've seen similar stuff many times but nothing done quite this way, really enjoyed everything about this video :)

Thanks, Chuck. Hadn't seen that one before.

That's definitely within the skill set of many of the people here. Have you seen Plumb's lyric videos? For those reading this that haven't, these are basically text animations of the song's lyrics set to the music. Each has a different approach and feel. Some animations are very simple and could probably be done in Premiere Elements while others are very complex and require After Effects. Worth watching for ideas.

Here the lyric video for One Drop:

Those were both really cool videos. And the water analogy is especially appropriate here during the drought. :)

Thanks for posting the One Drop video Bob. Fluid motion. It is harder than it looks. I took a stab at typography 5 years ago.

After Effects will do that, Buddy.
I think you can probably do it in BluffTitler, too.

You can do most of those effects with Premiere Elements alone and make it look pretty good, but it will take some time.
