itune music upload to media assets

Postby bobpeg71 » Sun Feb 16, 2014 2:07 pm

Well I tried converting to WAV file following instructions from Google search. I won't go into the virus picked while downloading Audacity.Audacity is now loaded and working but I find no 'click here' to convert to WAV file in the Audacity menu. My ignorance at work I guess. Long story short, I still can't get PreELE 12 to accept the WAV file into my media assets. I also tried burning to CD and then back to hard drive as momoffduty suggested, but I couldn't get that to work either. Maybe just my ignorance. Any Golden Reader guides to easy uploading music to media assets that are downloaded from internet sources?
thanks.

Try converting inside iTunes. See the link I posted in this thread.

Technically, you aren't converting the audio file to a WAV in Audacity. You're outputting a WAV copy of your audio file.

So open your iTunes audio file in Audacity -- Then go to File/Save As to save your audio as a WAV file.
