Sunset over Minnesota

Postby sidd finch » Sun Jul 28, 2013 2:52 pm

I captured a sunset landing over the friendly skies of Minnesota this past Friday and caught a really nice sunset. It is too bad that the airplane window was so scratched up. But you can at least see how pretty it looked.

I looked for TJODork's house but did not see it :)

Beautiful Sidd! Great sunset capture and good timing on the fly around. What is the music? Very mellow. ::CLAP:

Dave, The seat assignment was courtesy of the airline but I bet it would be cool to have a camera mounted outside the jet that the mount could handle the wind speed. I am surprised that the airlines have not figured out a way to sell premium seats for photographers to take movies and or pics out the windows. Have a special window that is all glass for good pictures etc…

Mom, Thank you for the kind words. I am getting into killertracks. This was from their “atmosphere” collection.

I thought that was you. I was not sure if it was a wave hello or a get out of here wave. Most wave's I get are the scram kind of wave. :)

It is very nice, Sidd! I've gotten some of my best footage by running the camcorder even after they tell you to turn off all electronic devices. ;)
