You can also find lots of completelhy free photos at http://www.sxc.hu/index.phtml

And the US government has dozens of sites offering free military, NASA, park, etc., photos.

If anyone knows of where I can find any pics of General McAuliffe's mustering out ceremoney I'd love to know. I was in the color guard and have been looking all over the place and can't find anything. :(

These images are not only "royalty-free" but one-time pay--they are totally free, as in "It doesn't get cheaper than free, honey" (Whoopi Goldberg).
