Where the Devil are You???

Postby John 'twosheds' McDonald » Tue Mar 06, 2012 3:21 pm

I can't speak for others but I really do find it useful/interesting to know where users of this website are located. So a 'please' request from me.

When you've logged on, can you spare a few seconds and go to the User Control Panel, and select Profile and add information about where you are. Amongst other things it is interesting to know where folk are from; and it provides info about whether you are NTSC or PAL.

The location doesn't have to be too specific.

Thanks.

That would be a great help to know NTSC or PAL. And interesting to see where in the world you are from since Muvipix is a global community.

No need to be specific like John posted. That is why I have Near ST L.

I second your request, John. I always look to see where folks are from.

What a great idea. This adds a new dimension to Muvipix Just think you may fine another person in a street not far away

Excellent idea

Done, may begin what I'd consider to be, "OverTheHillProductions." I'd love to know if there is anyone else from Nashville.

Not from Nashville, but I've watched a few episodes of Nashville. Seems like a nice place, but very competitive atmosphere.

I would like to visit Nashville someday. It isn't that far of a drive from St. Louis. Have you been to Memphis? My husband goes there for business and calls me about the great BBQ Ribs he had for dinner. I am sure Nashville has good BBQ too.

Nashville is one of my families favorite cities. We live in Atlanta so we can get there a few times a year. We also travel between Chicago and Atlanta a few times a year and always stop in Nashville. The Opryland Hotel is an amazing place and a definite must see !!

Hi Everyone!
It has been way too long since I jumped in here. I have been busy in ministry as they have me leading some bible studies as well as taking a ton of courses.
I did manage to have a new Sony camcorder donated to me, a Sony HXR-NX30U. I just got back from a mission trip in Mexico and put it through the paces. Been way too long since I shot with a camcorder so am still learning this new cam. When I get time I will be finishing it up and post it (be nice, going to take me awhile to get back into the swing of shooting video..lol)
I am still in San Diego. I might have to do some traveling out for a year due to my main job but heay..I can still stay I am from San Diego..lol
Good to back and hello to all my friends here at Muvipix!

Nashville is a great place! Competitive falls way short..dog-eat-dog comes closer. I was in the biz for about 6 or 7 years in the marketing aspect for a label and finally got so weary of the dirtbags I bailed, and I've not made that much money since. The big but is that I won't turn out to be like some of the folks I delt with. To be sure there are some nice people in showbiz, but I didn't run into enough of them. However I've made Nashville my home.

Chuck there is a lot to see and do here. It is a growing dine-out city and is beginning to gain in national recognition. I'll be coming through Atlanta to Fla in a few days, wish there was enough time to meet and visit with you. Bet we'd have a great deal to discuss.
