Does your VPS host have a control panel? If so I would start there. You haven't said what your problems are so its hard to answer your post. We need more info.

It is unmanaged hosting as mentioned earlier my friend.
I've installed virtual min control panel using the automatic installation script.
What kind of information you would like to know as I am a bit newbie to this and do not know much

OK so you want to do the hosting from your computer? I misunderstood as there are some pretty cheap unmanaged hosts out there and most offer control panels that may help.

This is important: Unmanaged servers are actually self managed by you. Unlike the managed server, you are responsible for configuring and maintaining the server. It will be your responsibility to keep the server hacker free by keeping up to date software on it. While the unmanaged server is less expensive, it does require Unix knowledge and the time to maintain and configure the server.

It is a really long learning curve to do it correctly. You will have to learn Unix, Apache and maybe other server software. Lots of security issues. Managed servers are so cheap, I wouldn't even think of trying to do it myself.

And since hackers are trying every minute to get into servers, you wouldn't stand a chance of being safe once you go online.
