Lockdown Exercises

Postby John 'twosheds' McDonald » Mon Nov 23, 2020 1:37 pm

Now that a lot of us are having to stay at home due to the Covid lockdown rules, I thought that I would share this instructional video on simple exercises one can do in one's own home.

What do you do when you are running so fast the kitchen is full of soap bubbles. :ha:

I just felt that in these miserable covid days that a little light cheer would be appreciated. :)

The fact that the lady taking the video was in paroxysms made the clip all the funnier to me.

Agreed on both counts.
But I saw (potentially) a man banging his chin on the work surface with consequential split chin.
But then maybe biting his lip or tongue in the process.

And if he missed the above maybe smacking his nose.....
A lot of the red stuff spread around.

Make an ideal cup for the 'elf & safety brigade .

Just saying, you could do yourself an injury falling off your chair watching these clips.
