Odd Timeline Stuff

Title Font Changed: From an original project >Save As and reworked the project no problem. Later, from the first Save As project >Save As again to rework the project. In the last project copy, the Title at the beginning had the correct font and a few frames later turned into the default font. Create...

Re: muvipix 2008 Video Contest!

A couple more questions, please:

Can you enter 2 projects in 1 category?

The 30 and 60 sec time, does that mean no 33 sec or 45 secs? Is this like a commercial where the networks sell only 30 or 60 sec spots? Which this would be a good challenge.

Re: muvipix 2008 Video Contest!

Thanks for being a team player Cheryl :)

You're Welcome. The 2 min. thing caught me completely off guard. Come to think of it, may scrap fixing the entry and go with a 'roast' type thing. :-D Just kidding, maybe next year!

Re: muvipix 2008 Video Contest!

Just to be safe: On the Premiere Elements Only:

Can you use items from Muvipix? Guess you can't resize or cut out anything in Photoshop?

Re: muvipix 2008 Video Contest!

Sorry Cheryl but the rules are the rules and they are now posted and can't be changed. This took a lot of time and discussion to get these rules together and it was agreed that once posted they would not be changed. This is a contest, it should cause people to be creative, inventive, work through p...

Re: muvipix 2008 Video Contest!

Everything sounds great ....except...the 2 min amount. I think it should be changed to at least 3 min if not 4 min. Not sure how many people have been working on their entries, but I used last year's guidelines on the time since there weren't any guidelines posted for this year. I have 2 projects th...

Re: Prank Video

That is funny. It is like that old TV show, can't remember the name, but was sponsored by Timex.

Re: CONGRATS MUVIPIX!

Answers:

1. Dance scene from Pulp Fiction (correct Jamal)

2. Chuck Berry

3. St. Louis

Grew up listening to Chuck Berry's songs, must have played them daily on the local radio stations. Very big in St. L. He has a restaurant here and plays about once a month.

Re: muvipix New Stuff ! (February 2008)

Great job on all of the new stuff! Only had time to watch 1 new tutorial, but I will watch them all and some probably 2x. What amazes me is that even if I think I know how to do something (tutorial), I still learn tips by watching. Like the copy & paste in the Star Wars title tutorial. Just watc...

Re: Fantamorph

Just finished part 2 of a set of 13 seq. and was able to Export! The first project was started in a trial version and when I purchased continued working on it. Maybe that was the export problem. Changed the settings and to get a 2:1 had to set morph at 30 and stay on pic 7 since in a seq. the 2nd pi...

Re: CONGRATS MUVIPIX!

A big fat congrats to Muvipix. Time flies when you're having fun. Cheryl, that was great. I don't know anything about doing the stop motion stuff. About how long does something like that take. Do you have to take stills of every step along the way? There are 2 ways to capture stop motion: live and ...

Re: CONGRATS MUVIPIX!

Glad you all enjoyed it. I really appreciate the year's worth of training from everyone here! And all of the ideas!

Pop Quiz: (no googling)

1. What movie is playing?

2. Who is the singer?

3. Where is the singer's hometown?

4. There are some metaphors too (okay, maybe a stretch :) )
