Welcome back Don, doesn't sound like it was all vacation or was it just a working vacation? Can't wait to see what you have done now :)

By the way, any news on Extreme Makeover Home Edition?

You can also call and talk to a rep at Dell, Gateway and HP and see what they suggest and then compare them all. You can then find an Acer or similar laptop for close to 1/2 the price and probably with more upgrades. Personally I like Dell computers and have a new Latitude D820, very nice. After you...

This is a perfect place to post your question Donna :) The membership is $39.95 and you can download everything for that price. All the transitions, motion backgrounds, lots of music, Steve's articles and all the tutorials. Some of them are in zip files and some are not depending on the size, but th...

By far the best place to look is B&H Photo . They have a huge supply of everything you can think of. Another thing to consider is a good monopod, it is a must for getting into tight areas and still getting a good steady shot. Especially for concerts and clubs. I use to take a lot of photos at co...

It isn't that easy with Nero but with RecordNow that's pretty much it. RecordNow somehow knows that you are burning a video DVD and adds whatever it needs so it will play correctly on a DVD player. Burning to a folder works very well if you will want to make copies in the future. You can also contro...

Hi Bob :) It wasn't the number of photos that was the problem, scanning, cropping and repairing them was very time consuming. These photos are from the 1920's - 1970's and not in the best of shape. Many of them are Polaroid shots and many of them were in very old photo albums stuck to the cardboard ...
