Re: Need Heat?

Saw the Atlanta storm damage on the news. Hope everyone is okay. Looks like you are getting more today. Weird weather here too. Had 70's then a few days later an ice/snow storm with schools closed a few days, then back up to the 50's and rain. The newscasters around here have strange wordings. Rain,...

Re: Feathered Matte Tutorial

That is amazing! Like the 3D look. Poked around the other one's layers and still not sure how things are linked up. Maybe when you create the cover, the fill layer can be above the ribbon layer or maybe Pro vs. Elements. Thanks anyway, gives me some ideas to create my own version.

Re: Make an eye wink?

Enjoyed the video and the eye wink was right in time with the music. The audio on the video was so clear. Did you do anything special to get that quality?

Re: Feathered Matte Tutorial

Sorta figured the why part to change wedding colors. Seems that in Photoshop and Premiere Elements that there are many ways to do the same thing with slightly a different outcome or in some cases the same outcome. There is so much to learn in Photoshop that any future tutorials are most welcome.

Feathered Matte Tutorial

Thanks for the tutorial and had a question regarding the color ribbon. If you have an object to fill with color, can either group with previous or add a color fill layer. In the tutorial it doesn't appear that either ways were used and can't see all of the layers. Where is the ribbon layer and how/w...

Re: Laptop Advice

Thanks very much for the advice. Her major is Nursing and AFROTC, so probably will only need a basic type computer. Good idea to check with the school. We have heard that laptops are stolen from dorm rooms so the cable lock is important. Someone else suggested to us to not get one that has too big o...
